Students will receive their Jet Fuel Card/Student ID when they arrive on campus. Cards are issued and distributed at the JC Security Office located in the Jets Hangar.

Immediately report a lost or stolen card to the Security Office. To deactivate your Jet Fuel Bucks account,click here or call 888-886-2407. Replacement cards are issued at the Security Office. A $15 fee will be charged to replace your card.

Your Student ID Number is located on the front of your Jet Fuel Card. It is not your social security number, but a unique number that is 6 digits or less in length.

Your 16-digit Jet Fuel Bucks number is located on the back of your Jet Fuel Card and uniquely identifies your prepaid spending account.

Both accounts are accessed by your Jet Fuel Card.

Students living in the residence halls are required to participate in the school meal plan. Meal Plans do not roll over semester to semester or year to year.

Jet Fuel Bucks is a pre-paid spending account offering a safe and convenient way to make purchases on campus. It is designed to eliminate the need to carry cash. You or your parents must add value to Jet Fuel Bucks before using it for purchases. Value in Jet Fuel Bucks rolls over from semester to semester and from year to year.

Jet Fuel Bucks is a cashless, prepaid spending account held on your Jet Fuel Card and they are accepted on the Jackson College Central Campus. You must add value to your account before using Jet Fuel Bucks to make purchases and have sufficient value available in your account to pay for each transaction. Every time you use your Jet Fuel Bucks account, the amount of the transaction will be deducted from your account and you may not spend more value than you have. Unused balances roll over semester to semester and year to year.

Funds transferred by debit/credit card and cash are available instantly.

Jet Fuel Bucks can be used at many campus locations. These can be identified by the “Welcomed” sign featuring the Jet Fuel Card and Jet Fuel Bucks logo. Click here for a complete list of accepting locations.

At retail locations, Jet Fuel Bucks works much like a debit or credit card. Just present your Jet Fuel Card for payment to the attendant at the register. Your card will be swiped in a terminal and the transaction authorized. You may be asked to sign a printed receipt of the approved transaction. At self-service locations, simply insert your card in the terminal.

If the self-service machine does not work properly, you will not be charged for the transaction. If for any reason you are charged, please email us for a refund request. Please include the location, date & time of the transaction(s) in question.

You may receive a refund of your Jet Fuel Bucks account balance when you graduate, withdraw or leave Jackson College Proof of withdrawal or dismissal is required. Refund requests must be submitted to the school’s card program service provider in writing by emailing JetFuelCardHelp@jccmi.edu
